PUBLIC COMMENT PARTICIPATION

You may register to speak in person or remotely, access meeting materials, and find instructions for providing public comment during the meeting. Use the options below to register to speak, review meeting information, and learn how to provide comments by phone or in person.

Speaking in person

• Register at the kiosk or with the City Clerk in the Council Chambers upon arrival.
• Speakers will be called in the order they register.

Speaking by phone

• Complete the speaker registration form before the agenda item is called.
• Call from the same phone number you entered on the registration form.
• Dial into the conference line when the meeting begins or before the agenda item is opened for public comment.

To request reasonable accommodations for a disability or language interpretation services, please contact the City Clerk's Office at least 48 hours before the meeting.
